Standard abbreviations.

Here's a list of the standard abbreviations that I use in Shizknit patterns. Most of these come from the Craft Yarn Council list of standard abbreviations, but I've thrown in some like kfb.

Any abbreviation that isn't on this list will be explained in the Pattern Notes section.
