Oh, yeah - a baby hat!

I forgot to share this photo of the first hat I made for the new baby. It's the simple-but-charming Apple Hat from the Spud and Chloe blog Spud Says. Susan Anderson (who is known for her Itty Bitty knits) curates the blog and designed the hat.


You may notice that my hat isn't particularly apple-y. I mainly knit the hat to serve as a gauge swatch and the large portions of stockinette stitch in the round made it perfect. The yarn is Rowan Pure Wool Aran in Cedar. This is the smallest size but looks to fit about a three month old.
